Benjamin Golub - NSSA
Benjamin is also being recognized for his academic record and volunteer work for the community.  His technical record exemplifies the spirit of the award.
Corey V. Hart - CS
In addition, Corey is recognized for his campus activities.  His commitment to academics are characteristic of the award.
Theodore G. Janiszewski - IT
In addition, Theodore's service to the Catholic ministries is exemplary.  He has also excelled in collaborating to do research with RIT faculty.
Eric Lutley - SE
Eric is also recognized for his volunteer work and commendable work mentoring students.
Eugene Marcotte - SE
In addition, Eugene's research work with RIT faculty and his technical accomplishments on personal projects embody the spirit of the award.
Minh Thu T. Tran - CS
Minh is also being recognized for her volunteer work for a local temple and her academic achievements are exemplary of the award.
Max A. Wunderlich (Hall) - IT
Max is also being recognized for his volunteer work for the RIT community, which far exceeds the typical student and his academic record is excellent.
Robert J. Yates - CS
In addition, Robert is recognized for his volunteer work at RIT, leadership in the community, and outstanding technical research.

 The award for Outstanding Undergraduate Scholarship (OUS) was established to recognize excellence in academic achievement by students.  Those selected to receive the award are designated RIT Scholars and the achievement is recognized through an especially designed award emblematic of high academic attainment.  The awards are presented at a special convocation held prior to the end of each academic year.

To apply for this for the OUS, students must:

  • Submit a resume to the GCCIS OUS committee by early November 
  • Provide a narrative statement including activities, research, etc.
  • Obtain three faculty recommendations
  • Have completed 125 quarter credit hours
  • Maintain an Institute GPA of 3.85
